For students wishing to report issues related to academic or non-academic matters (instructor, course, staff).

If you have a complaint that needs to be addressed, please follow the process outlined in the Grievance and Complaint Procedure (8600A) of the Student Handbook.

Whistleblower
Report

The Whistleblower Reporting Form is used to report allegations of unethical conduct, infractions of college policies, or violations of the law from Board of Trustees, employees, vendors, and any stakeholder representative speaking on behalf of the College, regardless of personal involvement in said allegations, and without fear of retaliation.

What Happens Next


  • You will promptly receive an acknowledgement email after submission.
  • Our team will carefully review your submission and direct it to the appropriate office or individual for follow-up.
  • If additional details are needed, a staff member may reach out to you for clarification.
  • You can expect a resolution or status update within 10-15 business days; We will notify you if additional time is required.
  • When applicable, we will maintain confidentiality and take every measure to ensure you are protected from any form of retaliation.
