Student Housing

The SCC Foundation is currently constructing a student housing complex, called Saints’ Place, near the main campus in Ullin. The SCC Foundation has been working for two years to provide housing for students in the area who would like to live closer to campus.

The student housing will have 52 rooms which will accommodate approximately 100 students. Each wing will have a common area with a lounge, kitchenette, laundry facility and vending machines. Each room will have its own shower and bathroom along with internet access, two desks, two chairs and two beds.

The building will be managed by the Foundation, and will have a resident assistant for each wing.
