CLEP Testing for College Credit

If you want to earn college credit for advanced learning without attending class - CLEP tests are your perfect opportunity. These tests save time and money. We are a National Testing Center for CLEP, and there are more than 80 tests available, however Shawnee College only accepts credit for general exams. Students can get credit for ENG 111, MAT 116, three hours of humanities, three hours of social science and 4 hours of general science. If you would like to take a CLEP exam for another institution, you will need to notify them to see what their requirements are before setting up an appointment with us.

You will need to schedule these tests in advance so please stop by the Student Success Center (RoomJ2088) or call (618) 634-2242 Ext. 3316.

Cost:
The fee for each test is $70.00. Please make check or money order payable to CLEP and is due on the day of the test.
