Mission Statement of the Viticulture & Enology Program at Shawnee Community College (SCC)

"The purpose of the Viticulture & Enology (V&E) program at Shawnee Community College is to train highly motivated individuals at all levels, to become qualified owner/entrepreneurs and practitioners who will excel in science, technology and production of high quality grapes and wine."
