Microsoft Word 2007 Introduction at SCC

A basic Microsoft Word 2007 class designed for learning essential Word skills will be offered on Tuesday, September 28, and Thursday, September 30. Both sessions will meet from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Registration deadline is Tuesday, September 21. The class will meet in Room K1134A located on the Shawnee Community College main campus near Ullin.

This basic class designed to be easy to understand, using a step-by-step hands-on skill-based classroom approach is designed to ensure student success. Each course will provide a user friendly method for developing a solid foundation in Word basic skills including coverage of the new Ribbon interface for a smooth transition to Microsoft Word.

The cost is $55 and includes lunch and all materials. Participants will receive 1/2 hour of college credit per class. Payments received by registration deadline will reserve a place in the class.
