Spring Concert at Shawnee Scheduled for April 22

The Shawnee Community College will host a spring concert on Tuesday, April 22 beginning at 7 p.m. in the Educational Center located on the main campus near Ullin. Admission is free.

The SCC Concert Band will perform a Medley of three pieces from the Hollywood trilogy "The Pirates of the Caribbean." As the band performs, a series of video clips from the movie will play in sync with the music creating an exciting multi-media event. The SCC Choir will perform selections from the Easter Cantata "Redemption" that was performed in March by the Community Choir. Everyone is invited.
