Spirit Squad Tryouts

Try-outs for the 2006-2007 Spirit Squad at Shawnee Community College for incoming freshman will take place in the SCC gym, Monday, April 24, Tuesday, April 25 and Wednesday, April 26 at 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. each day. You must attend all three days. Tryouts are open to anyone that has cheer or dance experience. An informational meeting will begin at 4:30 and the practice will follow.
There are 15 full scholarships available to those who make the squad. Each participant will learn the fight song pom dance and one side-line dance, side-line cheers and be asked to demonstrate technique skills.

Squad members will be announced by mail by the end of the week.
