Saints at the Local County Fairs

It's County Fair time in Southern Illinois! Representatives from Shawnee Community College where on hand to share the excitement at the Pulaski County Fair last week and were at the Union County Fair on Friday. Members of the SCC student ambassadors shared general SCC information and discussed fall semester student and community events.

SCC maintains a full slate of 15 student ambassadors. Each high school in the SCC district is represented, along with two ambassadors from Anna-Jonesboro, Massac County and Vienna High Schools. The group works closely with Admission Specialist Erin Taake and other members of the SCC staff to promote the college.
