This year SCC Drama Campers will partake in a 2 week Mini-Musical Camp in which you will rehearse and perform Disney’s Cinderella Kids Edition. This year, the age groups will be combined into one morning session.

The SCC Drama Camp will be held in the SCC Educational Center, Ullin Campus on June 14 - 25 from 9:00 am - 12 noon for ages 8 - 17. The cost is $65.00 for the two week camp - this includes supplies, snacks, and a tee shirt. There will also be a dance class offered on June 12 and June 19 from 9am-12pm in the SCC Educational Center in preparation for the camp. The class is free and the instructor is Lindsay Quesenberry.

We are looking forward to another great camp this year. This will be bigger and better than previous camps! Some of our finest college drama students will assist our guest director, Chris Everett during the two weeks. This year will once again be full of games, skits, improvisation, plus a few lessons on basic acting principles, and a lot of fun.

Our first day of camp will include auditions for the main characters of our musical production. Everyone is assured a part in the show-no one will be cut! We will rehearse the rest of the days of camp, and talk about costumes, set building, and other theatrical stuff. All this hard work will culminate in a performance.

The FREE performance of Cinderella will be on Friday, June 25 at 6:00pm, which will be open to family and friends.

A more detailed schedule will be handed out to campers at registration.
