Shawnee Community College hosted a KIDZ College Class, Dance-Cheer-Shout on March 3 for area students in grades K-6. The class was taught by the SCC Spirit Squad and advisor, Leslie Weldon. 14 girls learned side-lines, floor cheers, basic dance moves and building techniques. They enjoyed working with the college cheerleaders and meeting new friends from other schools.
