Rotary Scholarships Awarded

The Metropolis Rotary Club recently awarded three $300 scholarships to Shawnee Community College students. To receive the Walter Liggett Rotary scholarship, students must attend the SCC Metropolis Regional Education & Training Center and be a resident of Massac County. The three students awarded the scholarship this semester were Justin Kindle of Metropolis, Zach Brinker of Brookport, and Lindsay Hilton of Grantsburg.
