Health and Wellness Fair Set at SCC

Shawnee Community College is hosting a free Health and Wellness Fair on Wednesday, April 5 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the main campus near Ullin. The event has evolved from the college administration's commitment one year ago to take a proactive stance toward creating a quality, comprehensive worksite wellness program.

Students, faculty, staff and members of the community are invited to attend. Health and wellness related vendors from throughout the area have been invited. Businesses and individuals interested in reserving table space should contact Beth Darden at 618-634-3224 or by email at bethda@shawneecc.edu by March 22.

The SCC Wellness Program is hosting the event. This program is dedicated to educating, motivating, and empowering SCC employees to make healthy lifestyle choices that improve their overall quality of life.
