Shawnee College to Hold Gospel Sing / Fund Raiser for Dean Stevenson

On March 18, at 7 p.m. four local gospel groups will present Southern Gospel Music in the Education Center of Shawnee Community College. Featured groups will be: Master's Quartet, Unity, Glorylanders, and The Smith Family Band. This presentation is a fund raiser to help with medical expenses for Dean Stevenson. Stevenson, who is heroically battling cancer, has been a driving force behind security at the college for many years. Dr. Jack D. Hill will serve as emcee for the evening. There will be no admittance charge but donations will be collected in honor of Dean.
