ACT Prep Course Offered

Shawnee Community College will offer an ACT preparation course at Shawnee High School Beginning Saturday, January 20. The course is scheduled to run the following Saturdays through February 3. Instruction will be 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., for a total of 12 hours to complete the course. Math, science, social studies and English will be covered with specific ACT test taking strategies also being covered. There is no cost for the course and any junior or senior in any high school may attend the sessions. The Prep course is offered in a partnership with Shawnee Community College Adult Education and Shawnee High School.
