Corporation for Supportive Housing in partnership with Shawnee Community College has developed a career ladder strategy in property management and a sequenced certification program. This career ladder pathway will prepare individuals as qualified workers for the entry-level jobs in property management. Developing the knowledge and skills as a Property Management Clerk is the first step, followed by a series of courses to prepare people for jobs as a Leasing Specialists.
